Key Lime Cookies

These cookies are super easy to make and a great spring or summer treat! Ingredients: 1 (16.5 oz) roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough Zest from 1 lime Lime Glaze Preheat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. Break up the cookie dough in a large bowl, let stand for 15 minutes to soften. Add the lime zest and mix well with fingers. Drop dough by teaspoon, 2 inches apart, onto cookie sheets. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until just set and the edges are golden. Cool Completely, then drizzle with glaze. Lime Glaze: 3 cups sifted powdered sugar 2 teaspoons lime zest 5-6 teaspoons lime juice A couple of drops of green food coloring Mix powdered sugar with zest and enough juice needed to make glaze thin enough to drip off fork (might need to add more juice than what is in the ingredients list).
